U.S. Paralympic athlete Jarryd Wallace set a world record of 22.08 seconds in the 200m T44 category (athletes with unilateral transtibial amputations) at the IPC World Championships in Lyon, France, on Sunday, July 21.
The previous record of 22.34 seconds was set on June 16 by U.S. Paralympian David Prince.
