The Pedorthic Footcare Association (PFA) has issued a call for abstracts for its 55th Annual Symposium & Exhibition to be held October 24-26, 2014, at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The submission deadline is February 21.
PFA is seeking presentations that address topics about diabetes, sports medicine, general pedorthics, geriatrics, and retail and practice management. PFA is also accepting abstracts on topics such as clinical technique and best practices, fabrication techniques and hands-on demonstration, literature review, research, and product or device description or review. Abstracts must be submitted using the 2014 Call for Presentations Form found on the PFA website.
Abstracts will be reviewed by PFA’s Council on Pedorthic Education (COPE), and those selected for presentation at the symposium will be assigned a general session or breakout session timeslot.
