Ottobock, Minneapolis, Minnesota, announced that John Spillar has been promoted to market manager for lower-limb prosthetic devices. He previously was the technical orthopedics territory sales representative for South Texas, since he began working for the company in December 2010. Spillar holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in marketing and management, and a master’s degree in business administration from Texas State University, San Marcos.
