Curbell Plastics, Orchard Park, New York, has acquired O&P Enterprises, Gurnee, Illinois; current management and employees will be retained. The acquisition brings the number of Curbell Plastic’s sales and distribution facilities in the United States to 17.
“As we continue to increase our market presence, we are committed to invest in our facilities, equipment, and people to provide the best service to the region,” said Gerry Helbig, president of Curbell Plastics. “The acquisition further expands the reach of Curbell Plastics’ specialized, customer service and broad product line for O&P.”
Curbell Plastics is a subsidiary of Curbell, Orchard Park, which also owns Curbell Medical Products.
