American Prosthetics & Orthotics (APO), headquartered in Clive, Iowa, announced that it opened a new office at 215 Duff Avenue, Ames, Iowa 50010, on December 8. The phone number is 515.233.1249.
“Having operated across Iowa for many years, Ames is a natural fit for us to open a new location,” said Rod Cheney, APO executive vice president. “It will allow us to serve an even greater number of individuals with prosthetic and orthotic needs.”
The Ames office has private patient treatment rooms for fitting and adjustments, in addition to laboratory facilities for fabrication of O&P devices. The office will be operated by a staff that includes Ric Volk, CO; Laurie Barr-Cronin, CPO; Steve Galluzzo, CPO; and Nick Ackerman, CP, director of prosthetics.
