The Amputee Coalition announced the election of three new members to its board of directors:
Brandon Dale, CPO, has more than 20 years of experience in O&P. He is a regional vice president for Hanger Clinic, Phoenix, where he manages business operations, business expansions, and multiple patient care clinics. He also has volunteered his efforts to the limb-loss community for many years. Dale is a member of several other boards including the Arizona Burn Foundation, the California Orthotic and Prosthetic Association, the American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association, and Arizona Disabled Sports.
Dennis Fields is the chief operating officer of SourceAmerica, Vienna, Virginia, a nonprofit organization that creates employment opportunities for people with disabilities through a network of nonprofit agency partners. He has a transfemoral amputation, the result of a high school football injury.
Fields earned a master of science degree in human services, nonprofit management from Capella University, and a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Miami University.
John “Mo” Kenney, CPO, FAAOP, is the owner and principal of Kenney Orthopedics, headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky; he has a transtibial amputation as a result of an automobile accident when he was seven years old. Kenney has extensive experience working with the limb-loss community while volunteering his time in leadership positions to benefit those with limb loss. He is also the clinical director of the National Commission on Orthotic and Prosthetic Education.
