The 16th annual University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) Endeavor Games wrapped up its four-day event on June 14 in Edmond, Oklahoma, after welcoming more than 315 athletes from 38 states and Puerto Rico who competed in 11 sports. The nationally recognized multi-sport competition hosts athletes from across the country who have physical disabilities.
The events were held at six sites and included athletes from 3 to 69 years old who competed in archery, cycling, paratriathlon, powerlifting, sitting volleyball, shooting, soccer, swimming, table tennis, track and field, and wheelchair basketball. Athletes could also try adaptive rock climbing during the games’ opening night celebrations and adaptive paddling at the UCO Outdoor Adventure and Recreation Center.
