Credit rating and research company Moody’s Investors Service (MIS) announced that it has withdrawn all ratings of Hanger, Austin, Texas, because “it believes [Hanger] has insufficient or otherwise inadequate information to support the maintenance of the rating.” According to MIS, “Hanger has been unable to obtain and file audited financial statements for its year ended December 31, 2014, or to file quarterly statements since June 2014. Hanger has also stated that investors cannot rely on financial statements filed for periods dating back to December 31, 2009.”
The following ratings have been withdrawn: Hanger, Inc.; Corporate Family Rating of B1; Probability of Default Rating of B1-PD; Senior unsecured notes due 2018 of B3 (LGD 5); and Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating of SGL-4
