ALG, headquartered in Liverpool, England, has named Matt Guixe as chief operating officer (COO) and Jackie Fisher as chief financial officer (CFO). Both will work closely with CEO Hugh Sheridan. ALG’s distribution company is Algeos, which is also headquartered in Liverpool.
Guixe has joined ALG after a senior management role with WWRD, Waterford, Ireland, owner of brands Waterford, Wedgwood, and Royal Doulton. Fisher is an experienced financial director, having previously worked for Thyson Technology, headquartered in Ellesmere Point, England.
“The appointment of Matt and Jackie strengthens the ALG senior management team and ensures that our key people are playing to their strengths,” said Sheridan.
