In September 2015, it was announced that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded CGS Administrators the Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractors (DME MAC) contract for the Jurisdiction B Durable Medicare Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractor (DME MAC). The change takes effect June 27. NGS will continue to handle Jurisdiction B claims until June 24.
To assist Jurisdiction B suppliers through the implementation period, CGS has created a telephone help desk and new web page, 877.363.8895 and www.cgsmedicare.com/jb.
