OPAF and the First Clinics hosted the eighth annual McKeever’s First Ride equine event at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds, Lawrenceville, Georgia, on April 16.
More than 450 people, including 80 participants, attended the event for adaptive riding, carriage driving, and horse grooming and groundwork. John Pulliam, a local triathlete who has a transfemoral amputation, offered encouraging remarks to the volunteers and the attendees.
