This is a last call for anyone who has not already taken the adjustable prosthetic socket survey. This survey will close at 11:59pm EST on Friday, April 24.
Thank you to everyone who has already taken the survey, your participation is greatly appreciated! For those who have not, experience in fitting these user-adjustable sockets is NOT REQUIRED. We are interested in how familiar clinicians are with these style of sockets, and what kinds of benefits and/or challenges they have experienced when using these sockets with their patients. This survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete, and at the end you may choose to enter your contact information to be entered into a drawing for compensation (no personal information will be collected if you choose to decline entering).
