I hope everyone is making it through the virus shutdown as best they can.
I am using this slow-down as a way to take a deeper dive into analyzing
some of our buying, spending, inventorying habits. Does anyone track their
cost-of-goods to reimbursement ratio? If so what is your average? What is
your process for you to stay within your ratio?
So as far a expenditures, what percentage of expenditures is your average
rate for cost-of-goods you are looking to maintain?
