I’ve had 2 SWASH orthoses in a row with screws too short on the abduction joint. They only catch about 3 or 4 threads on the aluminum plate and pull the threads out. I am waiting for Allard to call back with a solution. If you are fitting one, check the screw length before you adjust them.
