Seeking recommendations for paediatric feet (size 23, 73lbs, high activity)

Hello,

I am seeking input for pediatric feet. I am looking for a low-profile, size 23, dynamic foot for a 73lbs fibular hemimelia pediatric amputee. I am finding that most pediatric feet are available until size 21 and most adult feet are not suitable for patients lighter than 99lbs.

I welcome any recommendations!
