Prosthetic question

Gary Seaman

Hi List

I have a bilateral TT active patient as with most patients starts to lose volume in the second half of the day. The problem is that the distal area reduces more than around the knee. I seem to remember socks that had thicker distal area and almost a sheath thickness top section. Any suggestions?

He is currently wearing 2 different feet a previous supplier was in the process of trialing a new foot. Which is I believe an Otto Bock DVS and a Triton on the other side. My problem with these 2 feet. Is that they do not provide stability, he is always adjusting his position and mostly wobbling when trying to stand still. I feel that a foot option that is less flexible at midstance might be a better option. Any suggestions?

Kind regards
