Carecentrix/NJ BCBS

Hi, just would like to know if any other NJ providers have issues working w/ CareCentrix, (the TPA for NJ BCBS); RE: reconsiderations/appeals on payments where customer service and claims support is lacking.

Any comments are welcome.

Will share replies on request.
