Prosthetics Question

Dear list members,

I would greatly appreciate assistance in locating a replacement hydraulic cylinder (swing and stance control) that is compatible with a Hosmer durathane knee-shin block.
 
The patient currently uses an Endolite CaStance that is no longer available. His unit is in need of replacement and installed into his existing exo prosthesis.
