Good Afternoon List-Serve,
Beginning this year, Tricare East claims authorized for Active Duty Military foot orthotics are being denied as a non covered service. Tricare has always covered Active duty foot orthotics in the past and I have not found any indication that they were going to discontinue this service for Active Duty. Has anyone else had this issue? I spent an hour on the phone and was told that they are NOT covered even for active duty. Any advice is appreciated.
