I want to thank all those that responded to my initial post regarding the Proprio foot. I had one clinician offer to send me one from his personal inventory. I learned several things regarding the Proprio foot. To do a reset depress and hold the lower button and depress the top one 11 times, in our case it didn’t work due to what I believe may be a hard code failure.
Ossur stepped up to the plate and has been working hard to correct this which my Patient and I appreciate.
