Suspension Sleeve

I am trying to transition to suction and vacuum and am looking for a good
suspension sleeve for heavy patients ~300+ lbs that will not roll down.
Any suggestions?

Also, I’ve been impressed with Willow Wood’s smart temp liners’ ability to
prevent sweating from but it has not been made into a sleeve to my
knowledge. Does anyone know of a sleeve designed to prevent sweating?
