Mauch knee for bilateral AKA

Hi all,We have a 50 ish bilateral AKA who is not eligible for MPK due to insurance. He is doing well with bilateral total knees but has issues with stairs, of course.  PT said he’d never be able to do stairs without MPK but what about bilateral Mauch knees. Those would be covered by insurance.  Does anyone have experience with bilateral Mauch users on stairs?  thanksKarl Entenmann, CPOPreferred O and PTacoma WA
