FYI: I received a call from “Humana” requesting medical records. Phone# listed on caller ID was Chicago 773-887-9219. I told her Humana doesn’t request medical records over the phone and she asked if the request should be mailed to our office and she had the address. I told her I was well aware of a scam taking place. When I tried calling the number back it says it is not in use.
