K2 Knee weight ratings

Resident

All,

I have a new amputee, unilateral transfemoral patient who after going through an AMPnoPro is classified as a K2 ambulator. My question is what knee I could give him in an endoskeletal system, as he is 340lbs? Has anyone had success with Medicare upgrading a K2 patient to K3 components for weight rating requirements?
