Pediatric cosmetic cover/stockings/African American

I have an Age 6 (3’5″, 32 lbs) pediatric knee disarticulation patient who is using an OttoBock 3r66 knee and size 18cm foot.
The patient is African American and the patient/family wants a full length cosmetic cover.

I can’t find anything small enough in brown/dk color stockings or skins.

What are the pediatric prosthetists out there using for pediatric cosmetic coverings of any kind for rather small above knee African American patients?
