Dear Colleagues,
My name is Ashley Muller and I am a graduate student in the Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics Program at the University of Pittsburgh. I am gathering information about infection control practices and beliefs in our field, specifically those which pertain to situations outside of the normal patient examination room. This anonymous 12 question survey is designed to assess general knowledge and identify current means of infection control. It should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. Please answer honestly and to the best of your ability. You do not have to provide your email address or any identifying information to complete the survey and your participation is strictly voluntary.
