We are looking for a shop for the repair of Warm Springs crutches. My husband (polio 1955)
has reached (aged!) to the point that forearm crutches are difficult to use and a wheelchair
is not an option for him. He says his triceps are getting tired. We remembered that his old
Warm Springs crutches were in the attic, along with a collection of some of his other old
crutches. Got them out and they need some rework…cuffs are bent, leather dry, etc.
Is there a place that has experts that can rebuild them? We would appreciate suggestions.
