CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES
The Cybathlon Symposium will bring together leading experts and junior
researchers to present and discuss recent technological advances within
the six disciplines of the Cybathlon:
— Brain-Computer Interfaces
— Functional Electrical Stimulation
— Powered Arm Prosthetics
— Powered Leg Prosthetics
— Powered Exoskeletons
— Powered Wheelchairs
The symposium aims to stimulate exchange between junior researchers and
leading experts, and to promote acceptance of assistive technologies.
CONFERENCE PROGRAM
— 6 keynote lectures related to the six disciplines of the Cybathlon
— Short talks selected from submitted abstracts
— Poster session
— Podium discussion involving end-users, user and industry
representatives as well as an ethics expert
