Material and Components – International Charity O&P

I am searching for the best option to purchase some basic O&P materials and
supplies for use in Latvia as part of charity O&P work. I live am a CPO
living in Latvia (I am American) and need the most cost effective option.
There are some distributors in Sweden and Germany. Is it better/cheaper to
purchase directly from manufacturer or to go through a O&P Supply
Distributor (OrthoEurope, SPS, Cascade,,,). Also, there is the issue on not
being associated with a certified O&P facility/business and to direct sale
to individual. Any advice welcomed
