Hello List-serve,
What HKAFO hip joints/knee joint combinations are you using successfully for a 5 y/o male with Spina Bifida, who has hip and knee flexion contractures and the doctor wants a HKAFO with LSO support for standing and contracture management? They are not interested in RGOs at this time. I was thinking bail lock ratchet joints for the knees but wasn’t sure what is best for the hips, I like the idea of a ratchet to slowly extend the hips but not sure what is best.
