your thoughts on feet for active bilat with lacers

Lane Ferrin

Colleagues,
My patient is 36 yr female, bilat TT, 1.75″ length limbs, 5′ tall 180
lbs, active mom, K3, RX for new prostheses.
wearing laminated thigh cuffs with back-check (hyperextension control)
straps, knee joints, suction sockets with sleeves, about 70% limb/30%
thigh load, low profile carbon spring feet.

Needs feet that will provide smoother stance phase, better compliance
to slopes and react smoothly to the extension stop of the back-check
straps. I have considered hydraulic ankles but standing balance could
be difficult.

Suggestions?
