Outcome measures for evaluating body image satisfaction in upper limb Amputees

HI Everyone

I was hoping for some help in finding an Outcome measure for upper limb
Amputees (including those with congenital limb deficiency) which
evaluates their body image satisfaction.

Any publications and/or audits on the subject would be very useful too.

We need evidence to support the continuing prescription of High
Definition Silicone upper limb prostheses in particular.
