Does anyone know the code that physician can use to bill for an evaluation
of prosthesis or amputee? I am talking to some of our doctors and they do
not like providing the paperwork so I am trying to let them know there is a
billable code to do it. I know I heard it somewhere but am now struggling
to find it.
