I have just developed an opportunity for an upcoming mission trip to begin
providing no-charge used, re-fitted AFO’s to children in need at the
hospital in the Dominican Republic. I am wondering if any one can help
find people or manufacturers willing to donate any supplies to help make
this trip a success!
I am working with Cure International and our local church here in Grand
Rapids to coordinate care with the pediatric orthopedic department at the
hospital in Santo Domingo, D.R.

Details on this trip-
-I leave December 1. I am able to take up to 100 lbs. of supplies and used
AFO’s along.
-I will nee all sorts of supplies to begin setting them up such as
Velcro(Sticky-back hook, loop, 50/50 staps, etc), rivets, hand tools,
assorted padding w/ adhesive, and used AFO’s.
-Gently used AFO’s/Dafo’s for treating children with C.P.
