ACA requirement for indicating receipt date of documentation

I’m just wondering how all of you are responding to one of the more recent requirements, “A date stamp or equivalent must be used to document receipt date. Documentation of the receipt date is a key requirement of these policies to demonstrate compliance with the statutory timeliness requirement…Regardless of the method used, it must be clear to contractor staff reviewing the claim that the date received meets the requirements in the applicable LCD.”
