There is some confusion at my small organization about process of billing….
1. Do claims have to be billed under the name of a certified practitioner or can they be billed under the organization name only?
2. Does anyone have PTs they work with that ask for OTS/ custom fit devices and see/fit patients independently of any O&P clinician (ie no practitioner ever sees the patient). How is this service billed for if it does exist?
