I have a patient with a VERY low hanging abdomen. She had a gastro procedure resulting in large amount of weight loss. Her issue is that it hangs down on to knees and she can’t walk well. She has tried mother to be type devices as well as a harness is designed to carry infants. Looking for any ideas. From her ASIS around down along the abdomen to the other ASIS is about 60″ and 55″ circumference.
