Crazy question here. A mother and therapist asked me if I knew of a way to bring legs to floating for a small pediatric patient SCI paraplegic to swim. In other words, if the therapist is supporting under the belly that his legs would float behind him as well on the water surface level. Thanks in advance for all responses.
And second if anyone has ever devised an RGO type setup using opposing arm paddling to advance legs in swimming. Definitely hoping for some out of the box thinking here.
