Seeking CO in Florida

Boehlke, Scott A (HSC)

I have a current patient (13 yo female) being treated for scoli (35 degree R thoracolumbar curve) with a Boston style TLSO which is performing fairly well. Patient did well for first 5 months of wear with good compliance, but has suddenly starting complaining of pain and discomfort from the orthosis and has not worn it for 2 weeks prior to our recent visit. I am contemplating placing her in a Providence for night use to at least improve partial compliance. Family is moving to the Ft. Meyers, Florida area in July and would like continuation of care there with a practitioner comfortable and competent in these braces. Please contact me for details if you have experience with both of these orthoses and would like to follow her treatment.
