Stretching AFO’s for burn victim

Hi list, I’m looking for some advice and guidance on providing dorsiflexion stretch to a burn victim with third-degree burns on a large portion of her lower extremities. If anyone has any direct experience and would be willing to chat I love to hear from you. Thanks in advance, Chris
