we are an O and P shop that doesn’t provide diabetic shoes/inserts to patient through medicare Dm shoe program. IS there a way to bill for DM shoes for patients when they are need to accommodate a custom AFO? what codes and how would one bill if possible or must i send to a DM shoe store here that does provide the shoes/inserts
