Thanks for posting, do they have a website? We haven’t been hPpy with Opie
overall and are looking for options

I didn’t know this existed – I’ve been using OPIE patient management
software for 5 years and it is better than Medflex – because it is
Prosthetics & Orthotics Specific. I don’t know what this HUB’s function is
relative to their total Patient Management System??

We use the Hub and Futura..Long story..but I am happier with the Hub right
now. Service is great and they get back to you pretty quickly.

I tried the Hub for cost reasons. I purchased the HUB 4/1/2013 but did
not use until May 15.They were obviously a near start up as well. I have
clinical systems only experience with 3 systems Hanger’s, OPIE, and
Brighttree. I don’t use the accounting (Quickbooks online) and I don’t
order through the hub though maybe I should. My start up was difficult.
And I may not be the best judge because I wasn’t billing on the other
systems but I believe the HUB has been a huge help to me, Compliance, clean
billing, notes, etc….

Help is very helpful. I have also found that valid suggestions are treated
proactively and quickly incorporated into the updates. In fact, I had just
complimented the support staff. I am looking forward to version 7 which I
am told will allow Windows tablet usage. Cloud storage is lightning fast
and I think the best way to go for multiple offices (which I don’t have).
Cable service is at 18.3/3.6 mbps. My experience has been very positive
once I had 3 month under my belt. But some of that was my lack of admin.

I know of another shop adjusting to it currently. I’m guessing 2 months
into the process. It is their first foray into EMR also. I’ll try to get
them to send feedback as well. My best advise to use help line. Read the
materials but don’t rack your brain trying ot figure something out yourself
(my problem), just call or message them.
