Custom Prosthetic Knee Pads

I have a patient who is a bilateral bk. She is wanting knee pads she can use to get around without her prostheses. Everything she has tried thus far slips off her legs. Has anyone made anything more customized that would work. She has much larger thighs than residual limbs so everything naturally wants to slip off.
