Colleagues, thanks for the responses to my post. I am glad that I wasn’t dreaming this. However, the prevailing wisdom says that this notice was not meant for O&P and should not have been released by one of the companies hired to do the audits. The consensus is that the auditors can go back 3 years from the date of billing. Allen Dolberry CPO
