Thanks for all the responses I received, which were as follows:
I had two people suggest the Toad Anti-Gravity brace and a third recommended the Zero G AFO.
Everyone else who responded commiserated with my situation but essentially felt that, regrettably, the patient is non-compliant and there isn’t anything to be done at this point from an orthotics standpoint.
I’m going to touch base with the physician and see what she’d like to do at this point.
