Thanks to all of you who responded to my 2 requests last week. One for a
K2 foot that goes to a size 33 and the other for a K3 foot for 275 lbs that
is low profile with a lot of motion for low activity.
Out of all the responses I got, only 1 of the feet goes up to a size 33
without making a custom foot and that would be the Kingsley Strider Sten
K08ST. That included all the K2 and K3 feet. Luckily, this pt is a K2.
I got several replies for the K3 foot including OWW Impulse, OWW Magnum,
Ossur LP Vari-Flex, Trulife Energy, College Park TruStep, Freedom Senator,
Freedom Pacifica, Otto Bock 1C63 Triton LP with titanium pyramid, and the
Ability Dynamics Low Profile Rush. We have tried most of these feet in the
past, but I think we may end up trying the new Rush foot once it is
released next month. While they are all low profile, it is the only one
that has a J/C shape and that is what we were looking for.
