Just as an addition to what was previously sent to the list regarding ALJ delays, here is a link to the main website of the OMHA: [http://www.hhs.gov/omha/index.html] http://www.hhs.gov/omha/index.html

On the main page there is a link to the notice that the previous poster sited. Also, there are two more recent notices. One stating the status of ALJ during the government shutdown and the other stating that in addition to the 28 month potential delay in scheduling a hearing with an ALJ, the OMHA is taking an additional 8 to 12 weeks to even process claims before they are put into the queue.
