Thanks for all the responses. First off all my apologies for confusing Silesian Belt with Hip Joint and Pelvic band. This patient of mine needed a pelvic band and Hip joint attached to the prosthesis. We ended up making our own as that was the most feasible option. Many of you had mentioned about Fillauer but they have discontinued this now. There was no other prefab option.
