Hi everyone,

I had a lot of people ask if I could provide the link to the information I posted, so I figured I would post it, in case anyone else needs it.  Here is the link that outlines the entire appeals process that was referenced in my previous post: http://www.ssa.gov/OP_Home/ssact/title18/1869.htm

Also, I received a lot of questions on what to do when an ALJ fails to meet the 90 day deadline.  Following is the action that can be taken, as outlined in the Social Security Act. You can also find this information in the link I provided above:

Consequences
of failure to meet deadlines.—
(A) Hearing by administrative law judge.—In the case of a failure by an administrative law judge to render
a decision by the end of the period described in paragraph (1), the
party requesting the hearing may request a review by the Departmental
Appeals Board of the Department of Health and Human Services, notwithstanding
any requirements for a hearing for purposes of the party’s right
to such a review.

Contact me with any questions.  I hope this information can provide, at least, a little relief to you all.
