Just to give the sad news; today our friend and colleague Arturo Vazquez
Vela has died.
He is in Mexico city where friend and family will give him the last goodbye.
He always offered his friendship and understanding to all colleagues and
always worked to support people with disabilities.
May he rest in peace.
